מידע כללי

ד"ר יעקב עודד - מרצה למימון בפקולטה משנת 2007. הינו בוגר תואר דוקטור בכלכלה מימונית מאוניברסיטת קרנגי מלון ארה"ב, בוגר תואר שני בניהול בהצטיינות מאוניברסיטת תל אביב , ותואר ראשון בהנדסת חשמל בהצטיינות מהטכניון חיפה. לפני הצטרפותו לאוניברסיטת תל אביב כיהן כחבר סגל באוניברסיטת בוסטון ארה"ב, וכן עבד כמהנדס פיתוח בחברת מוטורולה. תחומי העניין והמחקר שלו מתמקדים בניהול פיננסי של חברות, ובעיקר במבנה ההון של החברה, מדיניות דיבידנדים ורכישה חוזרת של מניות, הערכת שווי, פשיטות רגל, וניהול תאגידי. מאמריו התפרסמו בג'ורנלים מובילים בתחום המימון.
